Product Overview
The YD-QZD-II is a wooden wick inserting machine for candle production. It completes wick tab fixing, glue spraying and wick placement in one workflow: a T-clip (wick tab) is fixed onto the wooden wick, glue is sprayed into the candle container, and the tabbed wooden wick is then placed into the container. The machine handles a single wick per container and accepts containers from 30 to 180 mm in height. It is driven by pneumatic and electric systems and runs on either 220V 50Hz single-phase or 380V 60Hz three-phase power.
Working Process
- Wick tab fixing — a T-clip (wick tab) is fixed onto the wooden wick.
- Glue spraying — glue is sprayed into the candle container.
- Wick placement — the tabbed wooden wick is placed into the container to complete one wick insertion cycle.
